Xceed Provides dedicated Lead generation teams to support your Tier 2 sales team. We would provide neutral accent trained agents to call your prospects and generate leads, fix demos or set up appointments for your top Management or Direct Sales teams.

Our agents are experienced sales people. Their customer interaction and conversation skills are very high.

Our agents provide:

• Process 30-35 accounts per day
• Generate 2-3 leads per day

We can provide you with an Internet Research team to create new lists and databases. This team can also work on cleaning, filtering and sanitizing your existing database.

Client Responsibility:

• Interview and select the team out of our pool of agents
• Train the team on the software or product to sell
• Train the team on important aspects such as company positioning, the market, competition, branding and values of the company and succesful selling techniques from the past
• Monitor and track team performance
• Provide an Incentive scheme (Not compulsory)

• Meet the defined SLA of number of calls, number of accounts processed and number of leads generated
